• Products sold on BuildPreview are digital software assets, templates, or codebases delivered electronically.
• Unless otherwise stated, purchases are provided under a single-domain or single-project style license intended for one end deployment.
• You may customize the purchased code for your own client or business use, but you may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the source as a competing standalone product without written permission.
• Live demos at demo.buildpreview.top are illustrative environments and may differ slightly from the delivered package, roadmap, or custom deployment setup.

• Payments are processed through supported providers such as PayPal.
• Digital delivery may be provided through secure download links, dashboard access, repository handoff, or a documented transfer method stated on the product page.
• Because digital assets can be accessed immediately after successful delivery, refunds are generally limited and handled case by case where there is a verifiable delivery failure, duplicate charge, or material mismatch.
• Custom work, white-labeling, implementation, or support services may be governed by a separate written scope, quote, or agreement.

• Some parts of the service depend on external providers such as hosting, email, payment, authentication, or file storage services. Temporary interruptions may occur outside BuildPreview’s direct control.
• To the extent allowed by law, BuildPreview is not liable for indirect losses, downstream business interruption, or third-party provider outages beyond the amount paid for the affected product or service.
